a presentation to the panel and a dev team followed by questions and then HR. Despite contacting the HR person after the interview there was no communication about the decision. I enjoyed the fact that we were asked to do a presentation. This was helpful as it allowed candidates to show their work and the panel could get a real feel for the person and their skills and experience. I got the impression that the salary was poor compared with other companies, but found it rather strange that they would not tell me what the salary range was! There was no communication post interview (not even to tell me I was unsuccessful) but got the impression there was a mismatch in salary. The ghosting I received post interview was very rude and unprofessional. I do not think it is too much to ask to expect at least an email to tell a candidate the outcome of the process.
