Interview and art test. I applied on a Tuesday and they contacted me the same day. Started an art test and had an interview on Wednesday. The interview was with three members of the art team, whereas previous communication was with the owner of the company. Interview was pretty standard - I thought it went well, though was upfront with the fact that I wasn't strictly a 3D artist, but knew the game development process pretty well and could assist in programming as well (the owner was understanding of this and discussed how down the line I might immerse myself with the team). They ghosted me after that. The last email I have was the owner confirming she'd gotten my art test, and that they'd be in contact either way, but I never heard from them, and they never responded to any follow up.
