The interview process with the agency itself was great, but they really need to vet their clients and hold them to better standards. The client either cancelled at the last minute or just didn’t show up, so it had to be rescheduled multiple times.

When the interview finally did happen, the questions asked were completely outside of the scope of the role as discussed with the recruiter.
Everyone was very sweet. I had an initial phone call and the interviewer was willing to help in my career search journey! She even offered to ask her colleagues if they had any roles that align with my experience.
