Interview is nice. There is a test and a formal interview in which you are asked questions about your education and background, as well as your level of understanding of code, sql, etc.

What was university like for you ?
The interview process consisted of a written test followed by an interview with HR and developer. Thereafter there was a panel interview. The test was pretty basic and just touched on common programming concepts that should be general knowledge.
