Interview
Was pretty straightforward. Lots of fairly simple questions and it went very conversationally. I especially liked the demeanor of Francis, my interview, because he had a very easy way of speaking and was very kind hearted. Within my time there, they wanted to know about my education and also about the way I would approach certain problems. Some questions were more direct than others.

Interview
i was initially contacted by a recruiter who submitted me to HGA. I did not hear anything for a while, but that is to be expected sometimes in this business. Then I was asked to come in for an interview. Initially I was introduced to another Electrical Designer who interviewed me and two Electrical Engineers. I did not meet the Electrical Engineering Manager until they asked me back for a second interview. The interview went very smoothly, the two Engineers that I met with both spoke very highly of me to their boss and I think that along with my experience got me the job.
