I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at 312 Marketing (Raleigh, NC) in Mar 2014
Interview
All day interview, commissions-based job. We walked around a neighborhood in Raleigh all day and asked people to sign up for fiber cable. A ton of people showed up for the interview, and it seemed like if you stuck around until the end of the day, they offered you a position. Everyone was nice, and they bought lunch at subway. Looked like you can make some money, but only if you're into working long hours and putting yourself out there.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at 312 Marketing (Raleigh, NC) in Dec 2015
Interview
Went for my first interview with multiple other people, the manager then called us back one at a time for a quick 15 minutes of answering a few questions. Then he gave the rundown about how if we "work hard" in sales, we'll be promoted and end up owning our own branch. I was called back for a second interview where they took me to subway and told me more about the "marketing" I would be doing. In reality it was going door to door trying to sell internet for AT&T
This is the first round interview, before going for the interview, I have already take a look on the company website. People are nice and energetic. First round interview is quite simple, the president ask some questions from the resume and you can tell he wants to know your personality more than your background
