360 Mortgage Group interview questions

The interview is very brief, but informative. They will quickly ask you to describe your background, goals. Then they may as you loan related questions about documents and process. You will then need to pass a background check and may need additional testing.

I was out of state so my interview was conducted over the phone. I was immediately put at ease by the CFO who interviewed then hired me. He was pleasant to talk to and answered all of my questions. I was told of the perks and benefits which helped me make my choice between the higher salaried position that I was also offered at the time and this job which offered a (far) lesser salary but what I considered better benefits. I really liked the overall feel from the company based the research that I had done on the Facebook page and on line and I knew that I would a great fit! So far I have not been disappointed!
