I had 3 round interview process. 1st interview was with the manager, who was very personable. He asked questions based off my background and various skills. The 2nd interview was a bit longer where he had one of the assistant managers go over the position in more detail. Here the person asked more questions about my past experiences as well as my leadership/communication abilities. The 3rd was very short last meeting with the manager, where he asked about my experience and if I had any other questions.
