Easy 2 part interview, but I feel lied to about the actual job. After the second interview, where they talk about job duties, I felt less optimistic about the job. It seems like (though may not be) a pyramid. Account manager really is Door to Door sales and if you're good enough you get to move up to trainer and only moving up again by hiring more account managers who themselves have to become trainers, all for you them to open more offices. Marketing Firm title of 600 global seems unfitting; Outsourced scut sales work for Fortune 500 companies is more appropriate.
The pros of the company is the friendly front desk girl Taylor and the nicely decorated office.
