I applied through other source. I interviewed at 67 Degrees
Interview
The interview process was exactly how it should be these days - as opposed to just looking at skills, it was about who you are as a person and whether you're a good fit for the company. Laura made sure I was completely at ease and aware of expectations and responsibilities. If only all companies recruited in the same way!
As this was during Covid, I also spoke to Justin as part of the process and this gave me a further insight into individuals working for 67 Degrees and the general team environment / morale. It was clear from the start that Laura and Justin put their employees first and want the best for them, not just the business.

I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at 67 Degrees (Brighton, England) in Jun 2018
Interview
The process was efficient and modern. They weren't just focused on experience but also what I was like as a person. /you can see from peoples CV what work experience they have, and can get references on how well you do, however to get to know someone and their personality was really nice.
