Interview
Applied online for corporate store and got phone call for interview next day. Walk in she asked basic questions and I answered (long story short) she told me "Ill contact you in a day or so hopefully by Friday I have another candidate to interview". I met everyone and smiled my way out and one of the managers said I like him and I knew I had the job. I get the offer next day and she said come in and sign papers. I get there and she said "so I basically I closed this position off just for you and I'm counting on you to join the team" and then said "8.50" smh I should have walked away!
Just 1 interview with manager. It was an in person interview. I was asked customer service related questions. stregnth weakness. How you work underpressure etc. How you learn quickly. What is your availability?
Very short very easy nothing too crazy that you don’t know about. Mainly personal experience questions nothing technical like if you know how to use this or that, only the system to do customer transactions and clocking in and out as well as learning how to use slurpee machines etc.
