Only completed one round of interivews, i believe they said they would bring me on site for the second to meet the team and such. Essentially the first phone call was just describing the role and logisitics, no hard interivew quesitons.

Interview
Met with the Recruiting Manager and Compensation Manager to interview for the position. It was extremely comfortable and friendly. no pressure. They laughed and joked around with you. Best interview experience overall.

The interview was completely different than any interview that i have had. i really enjoyed every minute of it even if i got the job or not.
