91springboard is one screwed up place to interview for. The process is unnecessarily long and pointless rejection is in place.
Inteviewed for a Sales position, received a call to come for an F2F interview, after I told them I would be busy and asked to reschedule, they sent me a rejection mail. These guys are noobs and cannot run a systematic process. Help them hire a good HR team.

Interview
Took 3 rounds in total, and gave the assignment to check excel proficiency. The interview with the Director of Sales was easy and straightforward. HR interview was telephonic to discuss location and pay.
