Flexible and seemingly informative, love the vibes and apparent diversity. Don’t know much else yet other than that. The zoom or in person options are nice and the hiring managers are easy to talk to.
I had three interviews. Two zoom, and one in person. The offer was extended to me at the end of the third interview. I was impressed I had a personal conversation with the owner and CEO. Both interviewers were knowledgeable and pleasant.
I applied online. I interviewed at 99 Exposure (Blue Ash, OH) in Jul 2025
Interview
They texted me, set up a 15 minute zoom for the next day. It was some background about me and my experience and what qualities make me stand out as a candidate. I got through to second round, conducted a day after the first interview. This one was 30 minutes. I went deeper into my experience and they answered my questions about the job---I would be doing cold approach sales on the street/at events asking people to donate to a non-profit. It would pay 12.50/hour and I'd get some commissions. They said on average that position made 800-1200/week. It was a 930-6 type of job.
