Interviewed with HR, Manager, and Director of department I was interested in working for. I thought the interviews were relatively relaxed and casual, with them having a list of generic questions that were used as a template but then sort of expanded upon during the process to make it a little bit more natural.

Very fluid and clear interview process. Questions less pertaining to technical knowledge and more pertaining to thought processes and general skills. Interviewers were friendly and ready to answer questions & concerns.

First meeting is with recruiter for 30 minutes asking basic interview questions. Examples: Why are you looking for a new role? Why A-LIGN? What is your salary? Following week is 1-3 managers that will interview you for the role asking you behavioral questions. A few behavioral questions and they read off from a script for technical questions.
