      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at A Million Ads

      Interview

The hiring process has been so great from start to finish! The clear and friendly communication, made the whole experience enjoyable and provided an insight into what the company culture is like. The whole process took 3 weeks. Once you have passed the cv stage, you are invited to do an assignment answering a question relating to the role. Successful participants are then invited to an interview with the head of talent and campaign manager. Finally if successful, participants are invited to the final interview with two members. The interview involved a brief presentation and questions regarding experience and skills.

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at A Million Ads (London, England) in Mar 2021

      Interview

The first stage was a task about how you would measure success. The second stage was a video conference with the HR recruiter and a campaign manager. Was extremely non-work related and apparently they do not like if you talk about work-related skills in this part. Then HR called and gave feedback as to why I did not get through. I found the HR recruiter to be a little bit unprofessional, calling you doll or something a lot. Also lots of typos in their e-mails so that wasn't very impressive.
