They had me do a timed standardized aptitude test on a desktop computer, gave me a short, ordinary verbal interview, just asking about my work history and stuff and gave me a tour of the facility while describing and demonstrating job duties

Phone interview with several participants. They asked general questions about work history and items on resume. They also shared a bit about the company their roles and the general requirements of the position of interest.
