I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at A3 Artists Agency (New York, NY) in Oct 2016
Interview
A lot of questions were based around the way you provide for yourself and whether or not you can afford to live with only making $10/hour in NYC. Ideally they are searching for someone who is willing to work countless hours in a chaotic environment for very minimal pay. If you can make that work and function for you and are willing to put in years working at a desk, than you can eventually move yourself up into an agent in training position.
Very easy going and professional. I felt supported and challenged throughout. I also felt like I was taken seriously, even right out of college. Tracy was fantastic, along with Neal.

Interview
Bizarre to say the least. I have a total of 5 interviews, which all went well but during each interview it seemed like they were overselling the job. And they seemed to know the pay was unreasonable in general and certainly unreasonable for living in New York.

Question 1
They asked if I was going to leave for a bigger agency in the future... how weird like if I’m applying I clearly was interested in your agency.
