Interview
Initial phone interview was okay. The in-person interview with the hiring manager was not great. The second I sat down with the hiring manager she told me that I was not experienced enough for the position. I felt that my time was wasted if she felt that, she shouldn’t have invited me to interview.
When I asked basic questions about the projects this role would work on, she couldn’t answer them - which was a huge red flag. She also refused to answer questions about the types of marketing the team does and told me “let’s just focus on this role.” In a marketing interview, you should be able to discuss this. She also couldn’t answer questions about the company culture.
Overall, the hiring manager was extremely rude and unprofessional, and gave me a terrible first impression. I cannot imagine working for someone like that.

Interview
First interview was short and informal. While the interviewer seemed nice enough in person, the company never bothered to reply about my candidacy one way or the other (even when I followed up). I understand that companies can't reply to all the resumes they receive, but I think it very rude not to reply after a candidate has taken the time to interview with you.
