The interview was comfortable and more or less a discussion of my previous experience. The panel interview consisted of 2 managers and 1 director. After the interview I received a tour of one of their plants.

1 In person, 1 Phone with manager. Everyone was extremely nice and friendly. Questions were not that tough. It was pretty laid back, and then I had another phone interview with my manager and that was the last one.
