I appreciate the opportunity to interview, and the people I met with were professional and courteous throughout the process. Unfortunately, and oddly, this is the only place I've ever interviewed where at least five references (complete with commentary) are requested *before* the offer phase. Another downside is the amount of time between the interview and the feedback results, which didn't include any detailed feedback. My process included a phone screen with the agency recruiter, followed by a phone screen with the manager, then an onsite interview with the manager and others on the team. It took about a month after the final onsite interview before I was given an update on the decision.
