Apply online and after one month get a phone call invitation for first interview . 2 hours straight talk in the first interview without stopping. basically HR superficial and typical question, manager talked about the job for me. it is more about """"""degree of fitness""""""""" to the job itself in terms of culture, language, experience, personality, reactions. Second interview for me to ask questions to the perspective colleagues, and explain the offer.

General first-round HR interview questions include self-introduction, strengths and weaknesses, career goals, knowledge about the company, teamwork experience, leadership examples, conflict resolution, achievements, challenges faced, adaptability, and reasons why you are suitable for the role.
The process consisted of three rounds on interviews.
The inital was simply filling out information and work rights, moslty screening for employabilty.
the second was a recorded video interview in which we were to answer questions and then upload the video.
The last round we were tasked with doing a 10 minute presentation about ABB as if we were a project manager presenting to a client.

It was a simple interview, there were 3 rounds, 2 rounds were technical rounds and 1 was HR round. overall, it was a good experience, and I have positive feedback about the entire interview process.
