Very Low key and relaxed. The Manager over 4 Facilities interviewed first . This interview was conducted in stages. consisting of separate one on one interviews with each of the upper level Senior managers asking and answering questions. Questions about Work habits, and technical abilities and experiences were of main concern. there were a few questions about work culture and knowledge about the Product lines .
