In particular the procedure was:
I was approached by HR, had 2 rounds of interviews of 1hour each, in greek and english and a final one with the Manager where more tecnnical details were clarified. The procedure took about 1 month. Then I was approached again by HR and received an offer and I accepted
Three rounds of interview + IQ EQ test. First round with hiring manager followed by HR and final round for salary discussion after fulfilled the IQ and EQ test. Last round of interview can be difficult due to salary discussion
Very good communication from Eomloyer side, proactive and showed interest. Nice interview and feedback. First interview general and second interview in more details. We went through CV first, then Human relation person explained company and then team and role.
