      FM Manager Interview

      1 Mar 2016
      Anonymous employee
      Boston, MA
      Accepted offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at ABC Imaging (Boston, MA) in Aug 2012

      Interview

I had a phone interview followed by a Skype interview in a very timely process. It then took an additional two months to get two in person interviews with the company. I had to call back weekly to check in on my status in the application process. I was constantly met with voicemail's and rarely received a call back. They were very nice throughout the entire procedure which was refreshing as far as interviews go. The in person interview was with the Local store manager, the Director of Operations for the client I would be working with and the Individual that would be my go to resource had i had any issues.

      FM Manager Interview

      16 Apr 2013
      Anonymous employee
      Dallas, TX
      Accepted offer
      Neutral experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at ABC Imaging (Dallas, TX)

      Interview

I responded to a job posting on Craigslist, and got a reply almost immediately. The Regional Manager was impressed with my resume as I had more than 15 years in the industry at that point. He wanted to schedule an interview and we set a date. However he had canceled that interview due to a scheduling conflict. After several attempts (I was always available) we finaly met for an interview which went well. He submitted my information to HR. It took a few weeks and numerous phone calls by me to get an answer. After more than a month, I finaly received an offer, but I felt like no one really cared about me. It felt like they decided they needed a body to fill a spot and I was the one pushing the hardest so they gave in.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

There were none. The interview was more casual and almost not realy business related. A little about my background, and that was it.
