Had one phone interview, then was invited to two in-person interviews. Met with five different people in total. Was asked basic questions, such as my work history, educational background, where I see my career going, why I applied, why I'm interested in digital media, etc.

I found the application on LinkedIn Premium, applied online, and had my first phone interview with a coordinator that day. Because I was out-of-state, they were nice enough to give me a skype interview. About a week passed, and then I was invited for an interview in the office where I spoke with a few recruiters, the COO, and the Research Manager. I was then asked to take a research test that took about an hour - basically an online scavenger hunt to test my search abilities, then a quick writing sample. My final interview happened a week later. By the time that all was said and done, I'd spoken to a coordinator, multiple recruiters, most of the research team, the COO, and the CEO. This process made me feel acquainted with the company and everyone had a relaxed but professional attitude. The office environment felt like a place that I could see myself working. I wrote thank-you letters, was asked for my references, and was offered the position about 20 days after sending in my application online. It's my first job out of college and I'm very happy at AC Lion.
