Interview
The interview process was very straightforward. They asked many questions geared towards personal goals and motivations. They also asked questions aimed to gauge personality. Overall I felt very welcome and they even served me lunch.
It was a half day interview. Six sit-downs for thirty minutes with people across different teams. Toured the shop and offices as well. Lunch and travel compensation was provided as well as parking

Interview
My interviewers were very friendly. Round robin of interviews. One technical about psychrometrics and refrigeration, and the other two are more about people skills. Be sure to review thermal fluids and any HVAC concepts prior to interview.

Interview
There were two sections, a regular interview for 30 min and a technical side for 30 min. Didn’t find either of them too tough. Just have some question that you want to ask them because they want you to ask more questions than they want to ask you.
