Extremely poor hiring practices and processes. After confirming the offer letter and final discussion, delayed the offer and ultimately declined the offer.
Kept waiting for offer letter after being asked to come to Pune office.

Interview
Thirty minute phone screen with HR and then on to the hiring manager. This was followed by a face to face and a final phone interview with another Product Manager.
