After uploading my resume to their job portal, I was recommended to apply for a position and then contacted by a recruiter at the company two days later. She had me set up a call on her calendar which was a video call, although she never mentioned that (luckily I was ready just in case). I was then directed to record a digital interview. The system shows the question, then gives you 30 seconds to think about your response, and then 3 minutes to answer, which is recorded with audio and video. The recruiter told me I would be able to answer each question three times and then decide which answer to send over, but this was not the case, I was only able to answer each question one time and then it sent that over. There were only 3 questions and they were basic, with no technical questions, just asking about general experience. Overall it was a fairly easy process. I don't love that I went through that whole process and then never heard back. The recruiter said the hiring manager would be in touch if they wanted to bring me in for an interview, but to have gone through the work of recording the digital interview, it would have been nice to at least be told they were not going to move forward with me.
