Long took a long time was good questions and was in person. Before pandemic Now all on zoom which makes it harder. But still ok experience for the most part

I applied online and was contacted by a recruiter about 3 days later to schedule a phone screen. She later called me that day to say the team wanted to meet with me ASAP and that I would bypass the initial screening call. We had a Zoom interview that felt so rushed, they didn't take the time to get to know my background, just told me straight up the role would be fielding phone calls all hours of the day from dealerships (sounds awful). The recruiter told me she'd let me know a decision in the next week. It's been over a month and she's been radio silent and dodging my emails. Overall negative experience.
