awful experience with ACV recruiter unlike anything I’ve ever encountered. If he’s a reflection of ACV’s broader culture I don’t recommend. If he is not a reflection of ACV at large, it is unfortunate and a massive disservice to both the organization and to the candidates trying to bring their value to ACV, who ultimately just end up at a direct competitor because of his disposition. Lastly, he sent me a link to a phone only interview, and told me I was being docked points because he couldn’t see my camera as if it was my fault. I cannot overstate enough that this was the worst recruiter encounter I’ve ever had in my career.

GHOST! The phone screen for this position is easy enough but the reason is they just don't ask a lot of questions at all. It seems like they hire based on resume exclusively at ACV because on my phone screen it seemed like the recruiter couldn't wait to get off the phone. The recruiter couldn't stop talking about how busy they were but the job has been posted for almost 6 months now and they don't seem interested in filling it. Be careful...
