Interview
The HR recruiter for this position reached out to me on LinkedIn and we had a phone interview. From there I was brought in for an in-person interview. Total it was a 2.5 hour interview. I spoke with 5 members of the marketing team including the marketing manager and the head of the department. After the interviews I took a writing assessment that entailed drafting a sample press release and editing a brochure with your suggestions.
I applied online and was e-mailed to set up a time for a call. After that, I emailed 3 times to follow up over a span of 3 weeks with no response. Unprofessional

Interview
Three interviews in total. One phone, two in person. Firs two interviews were with Sales Manager, next was with Area Manager. The area manager wasn't professional or impressive, to say the least.

Do you have any contacts in this territory that you can call on, starting day one?
Overall, it was a strange interview process, only because both people I interviewed with talked WAY more than I did. They loved talking about themselves and their personal accomplishments, asking me very little about my skills and abilities.
