ADComms Assistant Project Manager interview questions

had one virtually beforehand via MS teams and then a follow up in person in a more informal setting. I was told they are no longer recruiting and then they were recruiting again 2 months later and then was told they recruited internally so not quite sure why i was messed about . approach with caution
