Interview
There was an initial phone interview by the hiring manager. Followed by several interviews on campus. Most of the interviews were general. Knowledge of technology, experience and some questions on situations faced etc. There was a presentation session. The recruiter helped with providing information on the company, the culture and history etc. A family based culture.
Hiring process was well conducted. I was flown down to Huntsville for the job interview where they took me on a tour and sat down afterwards to go our what my job r4espoinsibilities would be.

First round with Senior Mánager, second with Services Director and last one with Bussiness Director. During interviews they reviewed my skills, experience and knowledge of telecomm market throughout PPT and FAQ.
