Walk in and tell the front desk secretary I'm there for a scheduled interview. She hands me a job application and tells me to fill it out. I respond no, I've already applied and I'm here for the interview. She says okay and walks over to the (presumably CEO)'s office. He looks confused, checks his email, prints out my resume and invites me to come in for the interview. The first thing he says is they aren't looking for a CAM Engineer, they want a process engineer. Then ensues 30 mins of just chatting about my job history and experience.
