Met in person and the interviewer seemed pretty sold on hiring me. Basic interview questions nothing out of the ordinary. Afterwards I spoke to another partner for about 5 minutes and it was obvious that they were not interested

Fairly easy and standard. You get a good idea of the personality and style of the attorneys you will be working with. Two interview rounds, possibly three, with each partner separately.
