why ticketing team has to give attention to details?
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at AFC Wimbledon (Wimbledon, England) in Apr 2019
Interview
So, basically it was a 2 hour interview. Firstly, about one jour with two Managers (Head of Academy and the employee that I was going to replace). Many questions about my personality and attitude to work and not so much about my experience and skills. After that, I had fifteen minutes to spend with four Academy coaches, expore the facilities with one of them and discuss with them. Finally, it was a twenty minutes test. I had to add to an Excel Spreadsheet some data and then write two letters on a Word Document (the first to invite the parents for the induction day and the second to address an issue with an Academy coach).
