I applied online. I interviewed at AFRY in Jan 2023
Interview
Long process, no transparency, lack of communication, salary and benefits are low, which they should have highlighted from the first call to save efforts and time. Bottom line, interviewing with this company is a complete waste of time
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell us about yourself. What do you know about the company? Why did you choose it? Where do you see yourself in the next 5 years?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at AFRY (Berlin)
Interview
Had a positive experience with the interview. However, the position was cancelled due to restructuring, and therefore did not progress much further. However, it was not dragged out indefenitely, it was communicated proactively.

Question 1
Tell me about yourself
Basic questions about the CV
At the end: what do you bring to the table
I applied online. I interviewed at AFRY (Paris) in Aug 2025
Interview
Went through two of the rounds with each time a business case.
First business case, computing LCOE of a wind farm (need to know most of the basics figures).
Second business case, on district heating extension.
Extremely disappointed by the second interview where the interviewer told me it was great and where I got a generic email telling me I am not making it to the next round.
I asked for feedback but never got any.

Long and very drawn out. Kind of not worth it because you put too much time into it. Communication is not great unfortunately. In the end talked to the CEO but never got a formal reply.
