1st: intro meeting. Just intro stuff, not performed by HR though, but has HR like questions . And easy energy puzzles
2nd: solving excel problems and math exercises. Not easy math problems, but they'll help you.

6 rounds i including technical, panel and team meetings. Excel and word and aptitude test also conducted. Easy questions basic behavioural questions. All conducted within a month and a half.
Receive a call for a short interview, mostly a fit interview with quick questions regarding the CV. Post interview, writing and excel test with n energy related topic. Then a few consultants and senior consultant interview rounds, and a final business case interview
