2 person interview, asked if could perform testing on various instruments. Asked why there was a time gap on my resume. There was only on interview before I got the offer
It was a referral. I had an interview with the hiring manager, which lasted 45 minutes. Then, I checked references and received the job offer. It took one month for the entire hiring process.

Interview
Had a phone screening. After that I received no communication whatsoever, even after sending a follow-up email. This complete lack of feedback and response shows a serious lack of professionalism from their HR team.
