AHC (Virginia) interview questions

Very smooth and professional. The environment was pleasant. It started with a self introduction and questions about my previous working experience. They were nice to answer my questions and listed the responsibilities very detail.

I skipped the first process because I had interned there. I had to do an activity with the kids I would be working with. I developed the lesson plan and then I had to facilitate a lesson plan. I had three people observe as I was doing this. When I finished, I spoke with the manager I would be working with and the assistant director.
