I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at AHEAD in Mar 2019
Interview
Three phases:
1.) Phone interview with recruiter
2.) Phone interview with potential manager
3.) Skills test/assessment - I had to create a status report from a faux project scenario
4.) Onsite interview in Chicago with 3-4 people (mix of management and peers)
Interview questions [3]
Question 1
What kind of project management methodologies are you versed in and which do you prefer?
Panel with a peer and managers. It was a fun interview and everyone was super relaxed. They were transparent. They are outsourcing jobs, but I would have a large team locally.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at AHEAD in Sept 2022
Interview
3 Interviews, Initial screening + Interview with Hiring Manager + Team Interview. The process wasn't bad and the communication was on point. The team interview was with 4 or 5 members on the team and was a roundtable discussion to gauge team fit.
