First I had a phone interview. Next was an in person interview with my manager and the executive coordinator. Final step was a conference call interview with my manager & manager at California for personality based questions.

Question 1
Tell me about a situation when you were asked to do something you felt was a conflict of interest. How did you handle the situation?
First the “talent recruiter” called me for a phone interview and she nitpicked everything I said. Every single word I said as well as every word on my resume was psychoanalyzed. Then I went in person and the interview took two hours. They spent a long time grilling me about what a robot thinks about my personality.
