typical 3 rounds, no worries on getting through the door, they keep you waiting between weeks with good feedback, but ended up ghosting me twice in the process. You have to really reach out to get words out of the managers

Interview
There were 3 interviews, 2 with the department and one with Human Resources. Everyone went out of their way to make me feel welcome. The receptionist that greets you is amazing and makes a great first impression.

Question 1
I was asked to give an example of a time I had to deal with an upset customer, what was the situation, what did I do and say to resolve it and how it turned out.
