Unprofessional.
Interviewed with the Managing Director. I met the qualifications for the job posting, but after a brief conversation via Zoom, he determined that it was not a good fit. This was after about 12 minutes. The interview ended abruptly and the MD signed off of the call, before even allowing a response. It was extremely rude.
My recommendation would be to do a better job screening candidates beforehand. This will avoid saving time for both parties.
What does that say about management if they would treat a candidate so rudely?
