The interview process was good, the response time was a surprise, most firms do not talk directly to the candidate, they email. I received a text message from the office coordinator inviting me to interview virtually first with HR, and if I passed that phase the next step would be in person for a panel interview. I made it past HR and was asked to take an assessment which was about 30 minutes long. I really liked the fact that during my interview with HR that not only did they review my results, but provided me with good feedback, that I actually can use in other interviews. The Litigation team was really great, the team and attorney seem to have a very good working relationship. I was walked around the entire firm, met the employees in each department, and HR gave me a tour of the new office space - its going to be a plush office when complete. The entire process was professional, very detailed oriented, and the office vibe was good. I was excited after I left the interview. I am hoping I am selected for the role, seems like a really good place to land.
