The interview process consists of an online assessment, phone screen, phone interview, and final interview. The phone screen was with a recruiter, the phone interview was with a trader, and the final interview was with a trader.
Average interview
Application
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at AKUNA CAPITAL
Interview
The interview process was pretty standard. They wanted to test the quantitative skills, and behavioral skills first. Then a one sided webcam interview. Following a phone interview with a senior trader before the Final Interview. Remember to practice for the math test online before taking the real version to familiarize yourself with format and types of question it will ask. The entire process might take a month or two.
