I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at AKUNA CAPITAL (Chicago, IL) in Nov 2018
Interview
Applied for a summer internship for 2019
Applied in October, still currently in interview process
Five rounds: mental math, personality test, web interview, trader call, video interview
First two are basically screens, I am currently waiting for the trader call. I'm not really sure what to expect but from what I've seen so far, they are definitely looking for smart people. If you are not that good with probability, I recommend you brush up.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Mental math screen: 114 + (6x28), other things you can just practice online
personality test: not really sure what they were looking for but you can see what you are on 16personalities or similar sites beforehand
The interview process consists of an online assessment, phone screen, phone interview, and final interview. The phone screen was with a recruiter, the phone interview was with a trader, and the final interview was with a trader.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at AKUNA CAPITAL (Chicago, IL)
Interview
Did the Options 201 course. It consisted of math and options questions. Top performers of the course move on to a behavioral interview. Very standard behavioral questions like "why trading" / "why Akuna".
Good. some questions are hard but others are easy, the pace is good. overall it's average. I didnt pass. I've no idea why. But I think the interview process is fair.
