online assessment (mental math) -> video interview
I am not sure why I skip the coding test. It is maybe I also have another position interview in akuna and I've already passed the coding test at that position.
The interview process consists of an online assessment, phone screen, phone interview, and final interview. The phone screen was with a recruiter, the phone interview was with a trader, and the final interview was with a trader.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at AKUNA CAPITAL (Chicago, IL)
Interview
Did the Options 201 course. It consisted of math and options questions. Top performers of the course move on to a behavioral interview. Very standard behavioral questions like "why trading" / "why Akuna".
Good. some questions are hard but others are easy, the pace is good. overall it's average. I didnt pass. I've no idea why. But I think the interview process is fair.
