The interview process was multiple rounds with the team that you would be working with, meeting a ton of different people. All of which are awesome. Definitely a people forward/caring approach

Was I prepared to work really hard for a long time before reaping the benefits of my work.
Aggressively force you into signing their agreement. Was forced to sign my offer letter on the spot.
The interview is incredibly easy at is it not hard to get a job here. Having a job here really is one of the easiest things to do. They do not have a high threshold for hiring.

Only seemed concerned in where else I was interviewing because they need me to accept.
It was very fast-paced and the lead recruiter is automatically very invested. Unlike other interviews I've had, my campus recruiter was calling me almost every week through the process until the offer was secured.

Very smooth process and amazing people that are very considerate and form a strong connection. They were never late to a single interview and will always follow up and respond very quickly when you have questions.
